You always gave us the option to be as involved or as removed from the process as we wanted. 

The staging and working with Lorri was a huge help. It was very difficult for me to see beyond my Mother's house as it was; as she wanted it; which was always very warm, beautiful and welcoming. Having Lorri come in and leave us with a check list was the best thing. Afterward, the house itself was highlighted, and ready for the market.

When the offers came in, you kept us well informed and organized, and respected our decisions.

Once under agreement,with the issues of removal of older items and repairs, you were quick with names and numbers. You were also always available to run over when someone needed to be let in, or work needed to be done. This would have been very difficult for Vinny and I, since we are an hour away.

I will say I am glad this part of the process is behind us. As they say, there is no away around the fire but through. Thank you for being there and helping us get through this enormous project. It really is quite an accomplishment. Now to deal with the piles of stuff we have brought into our homes!
